About this project

Many organisations collect verbal feedback from various stakeholders (users, customers, employees, suppliers, etc.) in a systematic way, i.e. via surveys or via discussion forums and other platforms.

In this project we are planning to test whether Microsoft's Text Analytics API can help identifying crucial issues combining key phrases and sentiment analysis.

Verbal feedback from a large audience is hard to analyse - what are the crucial points (most mentioned, most positive, most negative) which are mentioned?

Approach: how does your project solve the problem(s)?

Trying Microsoft Text Analytics API on sample data and compared results with those from other methods.

Alternatives: what other alternatives could solve the problem(s)?

Other text analytics tools. Develop and train own network (may be even more targeted to the problem).
